These Terms govern your use of mobtjstyle.com and purchases from MOB TJ STYLE. MOB TJ STYLE is a store brand operated by Yunfan Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited (Business Registration Number: 79518878). When we refer to “MOB TJ STYLE,” “we,” “us” or “our,” we mean this company. The contract for an accepted order is between you and Yunfan Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited.

Using the site

You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not interfere with site security, misuse accounts, submit unlawful content, scrape the service in a harmful manner or infringe another person's rights. You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required.

Product information

We sell outdoor apparel and layers, including shell jackets, wind-resistant jackets, insulated and down jackets, sun-protection and quick-dry garments, fleece and base layers, and vests. Features, materials, fit, color and care requirements differ by item. Please review the individual product page before ordering. Screen settings and lighting can cause minor color differences.

Orders, prices and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. We may reject or cancel an order for stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Prices, discounts, shipping charges payable to us and taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Separate import duties or destination charges may apply as explained in our Shipping Policy. Payment methods are shown at checkout and may be subject to provider terms.

Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds

Processing estimates, transit times, address changes, tracking and customs responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, return shipping responsibility, the USD 10 customer-choice return handling fee, damaged-item reporting and refund timing are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property and customer content

The site design, text, graphics, logos and other content owned by or licensed to us are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view them for personal, non-commercial use but may not reproduce or exploit them without permission. If you submit a review or other content, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use it in connection with the store and its promotion. We will not claim ownership of your personal information.

Third-party services

The store may use or link to third-party services, including payment, tracking and social platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party sites we do not control.

Disclaimers and liability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all non-material errors will be corrected immediately. Governing law

These Terms and accepted orders are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for legal, security or operational reasons. The version posted when your order is accepted applies to that order unless a change is required by law.
